Steve J. Sherman
Steve J. Sherman, 38, of Wernersville, Pa., died Friday, June 26, 2009 at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading, Pa., from injuries sustained when struck by a vehicle at the 4600 block of Penn Ave., South Heidelberg Twp., on June 14, 2009.
Born in Lebanon, Pa., on June 5, 1971, he was the son of James M., Jr. and Earla M. (Gerhart) Sherman of Newmanstown, Pa.
He was a guitar and banjo teacher, enjoyed music and was a Volkswagon bus enthusiast and an avid reader.
A Memorial service will be held Monday, July 6, 2009 at 7 PM from Grose Funeral Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown, Pa. Visitation will be at 6 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Lebanon County, 150 N. Ramona Road, Myerstown, PA 17067.
