Frances V. Yeager, 94, died Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at Countryside Christian Community, Annville.

She was the wife of George W. Yeager to whom she would have been married 59 years on April 4.

Born in Cornwall, PA on November 23, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Leonard Z. and Ada M. (Horst) Schott.

She had been the food service director in the Clayton School District, Clayton, Missouri for 12 years, Brentwood School District, Brentwood, Missouri for 5 years and Lebanon High School for14 years, retiring in 1983.

She was a member of First Baptist Church, Hershey and enjoyed traveling, reading and music.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a sister Kathy wife of Cecil Hill of Havre de Grace, Maryland; brother Leonard husband of Catherine Schott of Lebanon; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 15, 2012 at 2 p.m. from the First Baptist Church, Hershey. There will be no viewing. A visitation will be held at 1 p.m. Interment at Broadview Cemetery, Hershey. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church, 228 Mccorkle Road, Hershey, PA 17033. Grose Funeral Home, Myerstowen has been entrusted with the arrangements.
