More and more people are pre-planning their own funerals or funerals for their loved ones. This relieves family members of the burden and provides comfort in knowing all arrangements will be carried out as one desires.
The benefits of preplanning include:
- the opportunity to express your own wishes
- the ability to make decisions and provide information with a clear mind unaffected by the grief and trauma associated with death
- "locking in” the cost of the funeral arrangements. Grose Funeral Home guarantees that a funeral prearrangement, when paid in full, will not cost the family any more at the time of death as long as the arrangements do not change as originally written.
Prepaying a Funeral
Grose Funeral Home participates in the Path of Life program through the Loyal Christian Benefit Association (LCBA). In existence since 1890, LCBA has been providing trusted products for over a century. A prearrangement may be funded through an insurance policy, annuity certificate or bank trust. A licensed funeral director will guide you through this process helping you choose the most appropriate method.
